All carriers must check in no later than 3:00PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Friday, April 3, 2026 and Monday, May 4, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

All shipments MUST go to the advanced warehouse.
Direct shipments to show site will not be accepted.

Important Information:

POV (personal owned vehicles) or company owned vehicles can be unloaded from the street during designated Exhibtor move-in times only: Tuesday, May 19, 2026  between 8AM-2PM.

Carriers such as UPS & Fed-Ex deliveried are NOT accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. All shipments MUST go to the Advanced Warehouse. Shipments from these carriers will be returned to sender.
